LSU which is the exact opposite, there’s cows, fields, trees, it’s COMPLETELY different.

Now when I speak of “urban” colleges, I’m not only speaking of colleges that are located in the heart of a city, but rather colleges in very close proximity, say within 10-20 miles. And rural colleges, well I think we all understand that clearly enough.

So here we go.

When I was a student at NYU I noticed something very strange. I noticed that as I walked to class, ate at the dining halls, and was in the dorms, I would see girls who were very attractive, but were rarely to never seen at the nearby college bars. Now of course there were girls at the bars, but the ones that I’d want to hit on the most, were usually not around. I mean these girls are in college, so why wouldn’t they be hanging out with everyone else? There’s a very simple answer to this question. . . because they don’t have to. All of the extremely hot girls that I knew would constantly be telling stories like this,

“Me and my friend went to this new, hot, exclusive club, there was a long line so we just went up, smiled at the bouncer and he let us in. Then we met this guy who is 28, owns a blah blah, drives a blah blah, knows all these different people at such and such, and before we knew it we were in the back of his Navigator on the way to the Hamptons for this party. Tomorrow night he’s taking us to blah blah and next weekend he’s taking us to etc” you get the point.

The first time I heard a story like this I just thought, wow, those girls got pretty lucky. The second time I heard one like that I just thought, wow, shut the hell up I don't care. Then I smartened up and realized that it was happening all around me. All of these very attractive girls were getting stolen away by the men in the city who had money, careers, cars, and the overall means to spoil these girls worst than any college kid living off his part-time job at the gym could. So ask yourself,

If YOU were a very attractive college girl trying to live off of the monthly allowance from your parents which is never enough, would you pay your own way to drink beer at the local college bars? Or would you succumb to the temptation of being stolen away by millionaires and taken to places untouchable to your everyday college guy? Rhetorical question I know.

In big cities there is so much of this that it makes us regular college guys sick. So yes, there are the nice, down to earth hot chicks who are pregaming with their guy friends, and going out to the bars and just hanging out. But the dimes are off getting spoiled and loving it.

So run to a rural college and getting girls will be a hundred times easier right? Wrong. The main problem that guys at these colleges face is well. . . guys.

At rural colleges there are usually 5-10 bars in the area that are “college” bars. Everyone goes to them, they’re the places to see and be seen and there’s no other show in town. So yes, ninety percent of the fine girls at school will be there, but guess who else will be there? EVERY GUY YOU KNOW.

Bars in general are frequented by more guys than girls as a rule. Bars are dirtier than clubs, cheaper than clubs, and more casual than clubs. The majority of their sales is beer not the feminine cosmopolitans, appletinis and white zins that are big at clubs. So every guy you know will be at these bars because they are well. . . bars. Plus all the girls will be there.

So as you can see in rural colleges the women don’t scatter as they do in the cities, they are stationary, and so are the 20 frat kids hovering around each girl wearing visors and offering to by them drinks. I don’t really hate because this is to be expected.

So what’s my overall point here?

The point is that there are many good looking girls at every decently sized school. If there are 2000 students at your college, then maybe not so much, but at a school of 30-50 thousand, there will be plenty. In the cities, you’re going to have to venture out to bring back the 9s and 9.5s. You might have to spend some money, lie about your bank account, and buy a fake Rolex, but it’ll be worth it if you’re slick.
